Technology today are booming towards future. Take smartphone for an example. In the past, phone are big in size and has limited function such as calling and mesagging only. Coherently with the advancement of technology, phone become ‘smarter’ by day thus birthed of samrtphone. Not only calling and messaging but smartphone also capable to do what previously a computer does.

Smartphone dimensions is smaller and thinner than a computer. With the frequent uses will make it more prone to hardware problem such as broken power and volume key. Broken keypads sure stress you up and make your phone repair a bit costly.

Today, I want to share with you all a tips to reduce this problem by using a virtual key call Button Savior. This software has save my physical button from being frequently used by using a virtual key that was programmed to replaced button such as power, volume and back button. Sure, no need to research about how many percentage % etc, just my experienced is more than enough to know that there is an issue with this button problem.

Above is a picture about smartphones power button. Looks how small it dimensions are, the problem will quickly arise with the frequent uses and with hard pushed. So, you has to repair it by replacing the broken one.




Above is a screenshot of button savior on my smartphone. The arrangements of this virtual key can be make to suit your preference. I has already been used it for a quite some time and i am very pleased with its function such as to turn up or down the volume and power off the smartphone. I hope with the usage of this software eventually will make my physical button to last longer until I decide to retire this phone.

[Tutorial] Easy way to update your Samsung Galaxy W to Android 5.0.2 a.k.a Lollipop

Android 5.0 aka lollipop has recently landed on samsung galaxy w..
This is definitely a good news to samsung galaxy w(sgw) users.
In term of custom rom, sgw was known as ancora.
So it's up to you what you want to call them..


I know that some people want to upgrade their phone, but dont know how to do.
Although they googled the method, but dont understand especially the term used
in flashing the rom. Some websites did show the steps need to flash phone but didnt have the details..


Now, I want to share a way to update sgw to android lollipop the easiest way..
Perhap those who even dont have any knowledge in flashing rom also can do it
with this step by step tutorials.All you need are sgw phone, internet connection, a portion of your time and lastly your spirit of learn.

* make sure you disable fast boot and enable usb debugging.

Please backups
1.Backup all your file,contact and media file that you feel important..

>>> if your phone already root,you can skip (a) & (b) <<<

(a).Install sgw adb driver on computer before you proceed any further..

(b).ATTENTION > your phone must be rooted first..to root your phone, visit below websites
                                                         click here
 if still can not root, click download root zip file, put on phone sdcards not on memory cards and enter recovery stock mode from off phone by pressing volume up and down + power button simultaneously. Flash the root zip file.

DOWNLOAD ALL YOUR FILE BELOW
Step 2: download the necessary file
1. lollipop rom - choose one rom that you like :)  *Note: Lollipop version might lag and contains bug
        a).   rom 1  (updated)
        b).   rom 2  (updated)
        c).   rom 3  (updated)
        d).   rom 4  (updated)
        e).   rom 5  (updated)
        f).   rom 6  (updated)
        g).   Kitkat version (I used this one as it is stable)
        h).   Jellybeans (those prefer jellybeans)
        i).  Original stock rom  (to revert back to original state)     
2.gapps - click here (lollipop)
                 click here (KitKat)
                 click here (jellybeans)
3.recovery cwm 6.0.5 - click here
4.recovery flasher – install Rashr on sgw phone from play store


Step 3: extract
1.extract recovery-clockwork-6.0.5.1-ancora.zip file..(recommended used es file explorer)


Step 4: copy recovery image of the extracted file
        -copy recovery.img to sdcard0


Step 5: install Rashr flasher on your phone.
   

Step 6: Open Rashr on your phone.
-give root permission
-flash new recovery (6.0.5.1 )


Step 7: reboot to recovery mode.
-enter cwm recovery mode


Step 8: wipe cache and data


Step 9: format system,cache,data and media
       -clean flashing


Step 10: install/ flash rom then install/flash gapps
-find the folder which you transfer the file
-wipe dalvik-cache


Step 11: reboot your phone
-first start usually takes time.just relax...


When phone turned on, go to setting to check your android version now supposed to be lollipop..

[ tutorial ] Lenovo Vibe X update to android KitKat with play store

Vibe x flashing new rom

Lenovo vibe x smartphone was introduced in quarter end of 2013. As you all know, Lenovo is a Chinese company that well known in computer industries. Well no wonder that this phone has heavily customized Chinese ROM in it with no play store.

If you already buy this phone, and feel frustrated, wait..

Read first my post, hope it will change your experience in using vibe x smartphone. As I already mention, this phone is heavily customized Chinese ROM, so you will feel the lagging even with the quad core cpu. To minimize it, there are many ways, one is to replace the ROM.

Instruction to update your lenovo vibe x
smartphone to android kitKat.
( recommended to use this tutorial with video here )

Alert ! Be alert that, by doing this you may void phone warranty and brick it. Use it at your own risk

Step 1:
-Download your file here
-extract lenovo vibe x zip file with password : pagestuff.blogspot.com
-IMPORTANT read first the READ ME FIRST doc to get the password to extract vibe x ROM 4.4.2 with recovery plus root.. Inside there still have 5 more file including link to download the ROM...

Step 2:
Turn off your phone

Step 3:
-Right click my computer
-Click manage
-click device manager
-connect the USB cable
-quickly find the mt preloader and right click
-click update driver
-choose to install from a list
-choose don't search. I will choose the driver to install
-click for ports
-click have disk
-click browse
-search and click usb2ser_2kXP.inf
Finished installing the ports..

Step 4:
Disconnect USB cable

Step 5:
Extract all zip except root.zip

Step 6:
-open flash tool
-make sure click DA DL box
-click scatter-loading and find the scatter file in the ROM
-make sure all box are tick
-click download. Wait for it to loading the ROM
-make sure phone are completely off and connect USB cable
-flashing process take place. Wait around 10 min
-when you see green circle, that means flashing process is done

Step 7:
-disconnect USB cable and turn on phone
(First start up take several min. Just relax)

Step 8:
Hahaha... Just enjoy your newly android KitKat with play store...

Note: 
1. If can't install vcom for window 7 or later, you have to disable digital driver signature at window setting.

2. If you experience bad signal reception, to solve :-

 a) recover imei using MTKdroids tools.

 b) must have twrp recovery already installed in your phone not the stock recovery.
